Dear Classical Wisdom Reader,
I’m still away on my little mini-holiday, so I’ll keep my intro brief today!
I’ll just let you know about our upcoming Members Only Roundtable Discussion on the Myth of Atlantis. That’s on August 9th at Noon EST.
We’ve all heard about the mysterious lost city beneath the waves.
Plato's Myth of Atlantis has captured the attention and imagination of people throughout the ages... but what did it mean? How important is the context to understanding this myth? Could it be true…and is that the correct question?
Leading the conversation will be Benjamin B. Olshin, former Professor of Philosophy, the History and Philosophy of Science and Technology, and Design at the University of the Arts in Philadelphia.
We hope you are able to join us for what’s sure to be a fascinating discussion of the rich interplay of philosophy, myth, and maybe even a little bit of history.

I'm showing my age, but every time I see the word "Atlantis," I think of Donovan's song.
