Reclaimed Homer again with Emily's translation of The Iliad & The Odyssey. I thoroughly enjoyed her Introduction & Notes. More than homeschool prep, this definitely opened a dusty old door from high school into a new season of life.
So happy to read the feedback on my son's essay about Odysseus as a Hero in Our Age! Specific mention there that my son chose lines from Emily Wilson's translation very appropriately to help support his arguments. We are looking forward to the Second Edition, for sure!
Its truly interesting watching and listening the recording 'THE SEA OF HOMER' ..... In fact, in turns me into flashbacks about THE ILIAD AND ODYSSEY as both, whose mythical meaningsas well as interpretations had been adapted into films that were all i had watched..... Very nice 🎯✨
