I'm surprised you omitted the famed Apelles, who perfected realism. He was also Alexander the great's personal portrait artist. And many others in that time period who perfected perspective etc

Of all of the examples you and Suan gave, I would say that they are perfect. I wouldn't be a very good art critic. As far as perfectly imperfect, you can't forget the Partheon. It was intentionally made imperfect by having no right angles, to appear perfect. Had the Partheon been made perfectly square, it would look imperfect, because of our perception-the ponzo illusion.
